SA Ranch Socially Distant Easter Egg Hunt
Hi Everyone!
We're so glad our San Antonio Ranch residents are responsibly staying home during this pandemic. However we still want to bring some Easter fun your way! Instead of having you come to us for our annual egg hunt, we're bringing the hunt to you!
If your family would like a very special visit from the bunny, please sign up , list your address and indicate how many kiddos you have. Our board members will hop on by and hide eggs in your front yard for your kiddos to find on Saturday, April 11.
We'd also like to invite the whole neighborhood to participate in a Spring Decor contest. Similar to our annual Christmas lights contest, we'd like to invite our residents to decorate their front yards or windows with something cheerful to remind us that we're all in this together. The Los Reyes Elementary School art teacher assigned her students a similar task of creating artwork using the phrases "We're all in this together" and "Everything will be OK," so some of our kids already have window signs and artwork displayed.
With all the people walking the neighborhood these days, it would be a great way to stay socially connected while being physically apart. Feel free to get creative with your display, but try to use things around the house to avoid going out to the stores. We'll have an online poll posted on our website and on Next Door. So make sure you vote for your favorite! We'll announce the winner the week after Easter.
Thanks so much for being such a wonderful community. The Ranch truly is a beautiful place to call home because of all of you.
Stay safe. Wash your hands. And don't forget to wave to your neighbors!
Your SA Ranch HOA Board
Trunk or Treat
Thanks so much to all the wonderful volunteers and the amazing families who came out and made our Trunk or Treat such a success! Have a safe and happy Halloween!
The pool will be opening today May 23rd! The Board has recently approved and installed brand new keypad entry system. For access to the pool you must be current on all dues. Your personal pin code is the last four digits of your HOA account number followed by #. This may be found on any statement or under "Account Information".

The gate system is going to be managed by the HOA Board. Should there be access challenges, please contact RealManage at 866-473-2573. The Board will work to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

For all past due accounts, please allow 2-3 days after the account has been brought current for the gate code to be activated.
In addition to the pool opening, pool reservations have been approved.  All information to include the required form will be available for access no later than May 29th.
Wishing you a very happy and SAFE pool season :-)!
New Bus Stop Benches
Everyone knows about the 13-year-old bus stop benches disappearing. But this story has a happy ending!
Without any fanfare at all, our neighbors built a new bus bench for the kids.
When David Echevarria walked outside and saw the benches, he said it took his breath away. The kids have always had benches, and this small neighborhood takes this Village thing seriously! Thanks so much to our wonderful neighbors who made sure our kids were taken care of.
Pool Opening 2019
The pool will open on May 23, and the Memorial Day party will be on Monday, May 27 from noon to 3 p.m. with a pot luck lunch at 1:30 p.m. Please bring a covered dish to show off your cooking skills and share with your neighbors!
The access to the pool will be a six-digit combination assigned to you from Real Manage, and your dues must be up to date. We will once again have pool parties this year, with just a few changes.
